Would it ease a sore throat if I drank hand sanitizer?

seriously. The idea is that it would go in there and do work on the bacteria/virus.

no

This is one of those things the government doesn't want us to find out. The sore throat industry is a billion dollar industry, they don't want people to realize that the cure is actually hand sanitizer. Go for it OP, gets rid of ear infections too.

see that's what I thought too. I just wanted a scientist on /sci/ to confirm it for me.

>> No.6464915

yes of course i did it myself

No, that's just stupid. Hand sanitizer kills the bacterium by drying it out when the ethanol evaporates. This is not how antibacterial soap works, though, so it should be fine to drink.

Only breath through your nose, and gargle warm salt water.

>hand sanitizer shill detected

Just pour boiling water down your throat, straight from the kettle. Works better and is much cheaper and easier.

Tea with honey. Peanut butter(creamy) and honey. Honey with Honey. Anything with honey for sore throats do it up.
