Is it worthy?

>> No.6453225

yes absolutely
it's better than many others

>> No.6453228

why would I want my color to be fucked up all the time?

>>6453228
why would you wear a rayban then

>> No.6453235

I started using it a few years ago and I've never stopped. I use it on every computer I own and it has really cut down on eyestrain. Sometimes when I forget it's there, I turn it off and wince at the ridiculous glare from my monitor, then turn it back on and make a relieved noise. The difference has been enormous.

don't use screenshade, it's bad. everytime you switch it on, it creates a small network traffic. seems like it tells its makers when you are using it.

This is entirely anecdotal, but before I had it on, it would take me at least 1 hour to go to sleep after getting off my electronics. Now, it takes less than half as long, and I havent changed my behavior much.

I feel like an advertisement.

>> No.6453351

why use flux when i can wear gunnars and game harder

>> No.6453367

Yes. I also use Twilight for Android, because I tend to read a lot in bed.

>> No.6453462

trying it now, but i notice it doesnt warm my fuircer, so I have a thuking bright curser blinding all the time.

>> No.6455323

Is there something like this for people who don't have a mac?

>fuircer
what is that

>> No.6455473

Yes. Blue light inhibits the production of hormones connected with the circadian cycle. Flux helps with that. Quite frankly, I can't stop using it.

>> No.6456729

Absolutely worth it. I used to need eyedrops for extended periods of screengazing before I installed it.

>>6455323
I use Flux in Windows.

>> No.6457031

Have used it every day since installed for years.

>> No.6457275

It's also for Windows and Linux. For Linux there's also Redshift.
