"Are you autistic or something? Clearly your social skills are lacking, which would make it incredibly difficult to get along with and work with you. You see at ______ we work as a team, if one person things he's somehow superior to the group, he will only drag the rest of the group down. I would never hire someone that's acting as disrespectful in an interview than you are right now. If you treat someone you'd be working with like this in an interview, how will you treat them 3 months down the line?"

"I GRADUATED WITH A BA IN BIOLOGY, I DON'T NEED TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. I HAD a 3.7. THAT'S A THREE POINT SEVEN. AND YOU EXPECT ME TO SIT HERE AND LISTEN TO YOU COMPLAIN BECAUSE 'OH NO HE HAS NO WORK EXPERIENCE, POOR WITTLE US, WE'D RATHER HIRE SOMEONE WHO WORKED AT MCDONALDS INSTEAD OF SOMEONE WHO FOCUSED HARD AND STUDIED HARD FOR YEARS WHICH REQUIRES WAY MORE EVERYTHING THAN FLIPPING A FUCKING PATTY 8 HOURS A DAY'. Patting yourself on the back for getting a paper. Toplel. You can get internships in the field of Biology if you aren't autistic. Every person has enough free time to AT LEAST work 10 hours a week.
Even med students. Stop trying to make yourself feel better

What if I made a company that sold job experience? You have a degree in chemistry? Here's a chemistry lab I made for you to work in. I'll give you a task to do, you complete that task, and I'll act as a reference for you on your resume. It's pretty much what university does already, but I'm a company, not a school, so it's job experience.

>> No.6431736

>>6431729
it's not about the actual labor you dumbass, it's what comes with it. You are nothing but a blank statistic if you have nothing but a diploma. At least a 10 hour job on the weekends gets you out networking with people and working.

It's sad that has to even happen in the first place. It's almost completely retarded that that would have to happen, yet it would help.

I've had jobs before and most jobs are literally more braindead than a single class during the day at a university. More effort needs to be done on a research paper than during a single day of an average job. Kill yourselves.

"Um, no sir. Actually if you read the resume I sent you prior to this interview you'll notice that not only did I do extensive volunteer lab work with my professors, but I also worked a paid internship with a government lab and got hired on after graduating and continued to work there for a few years since then."

>> No.6431767

That's why I applied for a Profesional Science Masters program
Mandatory internship
33% of people who graduate get hired by the company that they interned for
The downside is, you can't TA or RA, so no tuition subsidy.
