So with women walking like this most of their lives nowadays, how long will it take until females are born like this? What will evolution do?

I don't think you understand how evolution works...

No you don't understand.

Thanks. That's pretty disgusting.

What do you mean?

Then when will it be like that? If bone growth is suppressed like that then it's as if it's adapting and future generations will have feet like that.

How else would you walk on on two feet now?

>> No.6317029

>>6316921
that;s not how evolution works.

>> No.6317047

>>6317029
How then?

We walk on two feet because our ancestors started to do so.

Why is it not the same?

>> No.6317080

>>6317047
Because the information that builds our bodies is stored in the genetic code. There isn't much of a way for tight shoes to affect this.

For it to make a difference, someone with the "high-heels-shaped-foot" gene should have a better chance of reproduction than competing genes.

Incorrect.

Yes but that's what I'm saying because most women today walk like that, they all reproduce and in the future women will have pig feet then.

What do you mean?

>> No.6317126

>>6317123

I mean it's incorrect. You can't affect evolution by acting differently.

>> No.6317140

Epigenetics does not work like that.

Besides, for your premise to be correct, you have to assume that most women wear high heels most of the time, which is very much not true.

If I right now quit walking and hop everywhere I go, and make my children do the same, and their children do the same, and eventually get others to do so constantly, then each generation would have stronger leg muscles than the one before.
Over millions of years, our bone structure would change.

evolution is evolving to your environment.

evolution REQUIRES change, i.e. acting differently.

Your mistake is partly in thinking every trait is genetic. Women wearing high heels dont have genes for that. And their genome isn't affected by wearing high heels.

And so there's no genetic adaptation to pass on.

Say, if there was some murderer that preyed on women not wearing high heels. And killed every last one. And some (or all) of the survivors had genes that had some correlation with them wearing high-heeled shoes; If the murderer then stopped killing because he had achieved his evil goal, non-high-heelers would bounce back.

But if he patiently trained a successor to do his work in the coming generations, and that one trained a successor after him, and so on, and all women not wearing high heels was killed generation after generation, they would die out.

But if at any point he stopped the pressure against wearing high heels would cease and the population would come back, perhaps even stronger! (maybe because healthy feet became fashionable or something perverted like that).

There's no mechanism for passing information on to coming generations other than genes and they only adapt through dumb luck.

actually retarded

I'm not sure if you're trolling or retarded, but evolution works by mutation and natural selection, not "acting differently."
