Software engineering isn't offered everywhere.
It's just part of CS (at least at my school).

Software engineering to me is CS theory with project planning. Which was taught in one of the few CS courses I took.

fuck no. SoftEng is good for big companies that have lots of source code that needs life cycle management. You need to be a fucking hacker and an algo god to be in startups. that's what CS is.
