Is there molecular modelling software out there that just works right out of the box without having to download and compile source code and obtain weird licenses and all that shit? Like a 3DS max of chemistry that you can just draw molecules and then hit the play button to see them react?

YES! PyMol: http://pymol.org/mobile opensource but available in binary form. I use iPad version and it's pretty damn awesome. You can also grab a Winshit edition since that's what you seem to be using.
