Science is about finding explanations. They can't be objectively true because if that were the case, theories would be accepted as dogma rather than continuously tested and supported. If tomorrow somebody found and organism that didn't follow basic rules and patterns found in evolutionary theory, and the studies following this confirmed it, the theory of evolution would need to be changed or disregarded. Neuroscience and Psychology address the same issues on opposite sides of the "black box" known as the mind. There are cognitive neuroscientists and there are cognitive psychologists. A cognitive neuroscientist would research into certain parts of the brain and how they relate to fields such as learning and memory. A cognitive psychologist would research into how an individual goes about learning and memorizing through mediums such as visual, auditory, etc. That doesn't mean a neuroscientist can't be a psychologist aswell but the approaches are different.

Ethics arose from evolutionary processes but that doesn't mean it should be the sole deciding factor in ethical considerations. By that logic, anyone struck by lightening or hit by a hurricane should be considered "evil" because they've been acted on by an external force of nature.
