Can it be said that by natural processes, the universe eventually created the computer?

Your question doesn't make sense like you think of it. In the beginning of the universe physics as we know it didn't exist. Everything else came after. Gas, dust, stars, dinosaurs, potted plants, the flu, and the cute girl next door.

Nothing was here in the beginning, so everything is emergent.
