Alright /sci/, I ask for some slight assistance

I am dealing with simple pre-calc log equations such as this one. Yes this is mathlab, and yes I am pretty upset at how the middle term is turning up.

Please, may you good people give me a hint on how I'm supposed to get that term? I already know how I ended up with the x and the negative.

>> No.6162584

what middle term? step 3?

step 4

Where diving both sides (xln6=ln282 - 2ln6) by ln6 somehow gets x=ln395/ln6 - 2

I know how the x and the -2 came from, of course in the picture the -6 was just my fuck up there.

idk m8. view an example?

your software is fucked m8,

x=ln282/ln6 - 2

Thank you fellow anons. I had a feeling mathlab was trolling me.
