What exact condition do you have? What are the symptoms?

Do they distinguish between different kinds of schizophrenia now? The only thing I remember is the distinction between negative and positive symptoms. The former being the "lack of something" (activity, motivation, vocabulary etc.) and the latter being in some sense productive, seeing, hearing or imagining something that isn't real.
