Can I still make it in CS, even if i'm not as smart as Jacob Barnett?

I'm thinking about majors but my IQ isn't as high as his and it makes me worried

Computer Science is no different from any other unskilled labor like construction or groundskeeping. No critical thinking is required, just endless repetition and memorization. Why do you think all the dot Indians with no college degree can do it?
