There are no actual good studies on this. Nothing you'd consider scientifically valid at least. A cursory review of my friend's experiences and my own suggests, there are aesthetic differences between asian vagina and caucasian, but not actually a tightness difference. But it's not exactly a scientific study.

Just so you know, the vagina is surrounded by muscle. The muscle can contract or expand. When a girl is aroused, the muscle expands a little bit, and the vagina self lubricates: she's ready for sex. If she's nervous, not relaxed enough, or not turned on, she will feel much tighter, as well as not lubricate.

Some places in the world like to exploit the not-ready not-lubricated tightness. It's a cultural thing I guess. It's called dry sex. Apparently feels great to the guy, hurts like hell for the girl, and it's much rougher on the mucus membranes, so it increases the chances of passing diseases.

Anyway, either way, read or not ready, afterwards, the muscles tighten back up.

Unless you're entering her the same evening you fisted her, a girl will be just as tight after frequent intercourse, as she was the first time you had sex with her.

Over time, muscles degrade, and loose some of their elasticity. This is true for all muscles in the human body. The belief that exercising them helps fight that is why girls/women do kegels, but that's only part of why they're effective. Maybe only a tiny part. The muscle that's exercised is involuntarily squeezed during intercourse and orgasm. Strengthen that muscle, and the guy will feel an actual squeeze.
