If a 3D being is able to see a 2D object in its entirely, does that mean that a 4D being is able to see inside and outside of a closed room at the same time?

Our little 2D green buddy is in a room that he think that is closed, but since he doesnt know about height his closed room is open to us who know about the third dimension :(!

If you want to think about it this way, x rays and light are 3d while everything else is 4d. Time is frozen for light because it moves at the speed of light.

Wrong way of thinking about it, everything else still travels through time. Light is already at it's destination from its perspective. The universe moves, light doesn't.
