Why in Beta decay, n decay to antineutrinos while p decay to neutrinos? Would there be some contradiciton if n decayed into p+e-+v ?

Why in Beta decay, n decay to antineutrinos while p decay to neutrinos?
Would there be some contradiciton if n decayed into p+e-+v
