Why in Beta decay, n decay to antineutrinos while p decay to neutrinos?
Would there be some contradiciton if n decayed into p+e-+v
?

There would be no conservation of momentum.

I suppose you mean angular momentum since linear would make no sense.
Why wouldn't it conserve angular momentum? Can't you just turn neutrino upside down and problem solved?
