This is a role playing game thread.
One day an alien spacecraft shows up. Humanity get’s wiped out pretty quick. You haven’t seen another living person since the invasion day six months ago. One day while searching for canned food you see an alien walking the streets downtown. He explains (at gunpoint) that he is not an invader; he is a specimen from the last planet they raped who escaped here.
He has a plan to get back at these bastards. He shows you his small time machine. The plan is to send a package back in time to warn humanity and help them prepare. If earth technology is sufficiently advanced the invasion can be stopped.
He has the “address” of Isaac Newton’s desk at Trinity College in 1665; Newton is 23 years old and working on generalized binomial theorem.
He has a 200 page document that will explain everything between 21st century Earth physics and how to build a warp drive and high-energy weapons like the invaders use.
He wants you to Write a letter to Newton explaining the situation and include in the package any information or objects Newton will need to understand 21st century physics and get started.
You have a space 40 cm x 40 cm x 100 cm (15 ¾ x 15 ¾ x 39 ¼ inches) to fill with the letter and whatever else you think might be necessary or useful.
He has a cell phone sized teleport device he used to escape to throw in there but wants you to decide what data and devices Newton will need to bridge the gap between Newton’s understanding of physics and modern Earth’s.
