without very detailed informations which you only get as some kind of insider its just like gambling. you can win some money and you can loose some money, but the chances you loose are higher. this leads to the fact, that if you practise this technique a longer time, you will loose for sure

At Uni I heard a couple of times of people/dads that made trading algorithms which are basically money-making machines. How would I start learning stuff like that? Of course I wouldn't be able to get there in months/years but I'd love to learn this.

I'm in the process of getting my bachelors in finance and economy right now and we're mainly working on corporative finance which is not really my principal field of interest. We'll eventually get courses on options but I believe that someone who goes out of the path of the courses to learn more will always do better in the end (providing time's not an issue). Any ressources/tips you could point me to?
