Suppose we're in 2100. We have the technology to travel fastly to every planet on the solar system. In this hypothetical situation, what reasons could we have to travel to Europe or Titan? It is not a rethorical question, I must do a school play where they travel there, I think the easiest answer would be that X resource is running out, and we have to go there to find it. I thought of water, but it seems that it is not practical. PLEASE, any help would be appreciated

For the sake of science. There are a lot of interesting things about both moons.
Pull up a Wiki about them and you will learn enough to make up a scientific research team.

Military moon base to expand USA's sphere of influence in the galaxy.

How about to set up a communications relay to boost signals and enhance their range.

Maybe just as a pit-stop / refuel / repair point for space craft.

Lunar advertising. Corporations begin making adverts on the moon that are visible from other planets or passing sapce ships.
