I also got 99 on the BGH and 1955 on the WFT. And I got 11/12 on SQA but you probably don't even know what that is.

Am I set for moderately-selective colleges like NYU, Boston College, Villanova, Emory, Rutgers etc. With a 33 ACT, 2100 SAT and 3.7 GPA? Also I live in North Dakota if that changes things

>> No.5791145

>>5791136
Potential rejection from Emory. The rest should be fine.

>> No.5791147

>>5791136

"set"? You're definitely not "set." I'd only consider you "set" if you had perfect test scores (36/35 ACT, 2300/2400 SAT) and over a 4.0 GPA. However, you're fairly competitive, so you do have a good chance.

There's SO much luck, politics, BS, etc. involved in college admissions that even if you were "set" you'd have a chance of being rejected anyways. Just write the best admissions essays you can for each college and have a backup school you KNOW you can get into.

I've taken a shitload of AP classes, I have a 3.7 unweighted but it's over 4.0 if you factor the APs.

I'm also a National Merit Finalist for the PSAT, although that doesn't mean very much considering ND has a low cutoff score. I got a 227 on that shit.

Actually means more than you think (only like 15K or so get in, right? BTW I was one too, the only one in my school :D)

Since you took a bunch of AP courses and are a National Merit Finalist you have a better chance of getting in than I may have previously thought, probably enough to be feeling pretty good about it, but you still should be very certain you have a backup school you KNOW you can get into.

Honestly, ACT scores don't even matter once you hit the 99th percentile. 33, 34, 35, or 36, all four scores are part of the 99th percentile, and nobody gives a shit about the ACT once you get into college anyways.

Depends on if your trying to get into School of Arts and Sciences, School of Pharmacy, or School of Engineering.
The School of Pharmacy is pretty damn selective, engineering is about the same. Arts and sciences is the norm. Any other schools in the university are essentially nigger tier.

Then if you wanna actually be shit, just go to CC and transfer. If you score a 4 in CC, which is honestly easy as fuck because CC is a joke, you'll be able to go pretty much wherever the fuck you want with those test scores.

It's all up to you at this point, m8. The world is yours.
