Hello guys, quick question, as google led to no results. Is there a way of constructing an alternating series knowing what it will converge to? For example, could we create an alternating series that converges to 1, then change it to converge to 2, then 3, etc. I haven't found anything about being able to create alternating series, nor have I found a list of known alternating series.

Pic unrelated.

Is there anything that I am overlooking?
