Where do things like Mathematics and Computer Science fit on a "knowledge spectrum"?

There is stuff like science: Physics, Chemistry , Biology, etc.(Theories based on empirical observation)
There is pseudoscience: Psychology, Sociology, economics, etc.(No theories, just empirical observations and lots of opinions)
There is Philosophy which would rather use arguments to prove a point than evidence.(Says a lot about it)

Where does Maths go?

But that's wrong. Pseudoscience is sticking to a hypothesis that has been disproved many times over, and refusing to do away with it. The sciences you listed are (to some extent) social sciences, not pseudoscience. There is a great deal of theory that is based on empirical observation in all of these fields.

But yeah, the cartoon made me laugh OP. However, I would question such autistic categorisations. People have already pointed out the questionable definition of pseudoscieence, and I would question the snide "Says a lot about it" also.
