For Calculus of Single Variable we have Apostol and Spivak as the de facto books.

Now, I'm facing the following and wanted some recommendations on the equivalent resources:

- Multiple Integrals
- Curves and surfaces
- Line Integrals
- Surface Integrals

Do you have something specific to offer? Maybe there is something in Dover, but there is no comparable online resource. I'm willing to bet you're not math major and don't understand he's looking for mature math, not what Khan has.
