afaik you could install userscripts to chrome out of the box w/o any addon. though last year google limited it to scripts from the play store,and now you need tampermonkey or ninjakit or something similar

Evidently not but you can still play around with it to make chrome run the script. I'm not to familiar with chrome (because, pfft, who uses chrome...) but it seems to me that it should work. Poke around on forums to see if anyone has a solution to running user scripts.
