Why do we want to stop global warming?
We are in a ice age. To be in an ice age implies there was an time where this ice did not exist.

People complain about over population, well all that water will reduce it.

We did not go to the moon because we felt like it one day,we went to the moon because of fear.

What's to say this melting of the ice won't force humans to build underwater cities? A few decades ago it was dream to do so,like how we dream of the stars today.

Not sure of why we want to stop global warming but it is good practice to instate (somewhat) renewable resources before we run out of oil. The metropolis that runs on sunlight today will be the only metropolis standing in 100 years.

The misery to individuals is about pop density, not absolute population. less land, less resources, less people means equal individual misery. And during any contraction there will be massively increased misery.
