This is the Betelgeuse system, taken by the herschel telescope.(if we're lucky it might go supernova within our lifetime, but likely not)

A simple image, but suprisingly clear and illustrative.

Anyone have more like it? A lot of the space pictures taken are either exceedingly diffuse or cluttered with a billion objects.

I mean, if information can only travel at c, it doesnt really matter if something happens at a big distance now, or really close but a long time ago. We will only know at the same time.
