The speed of light doesn't mean you're everywhere at the same time. Light has a distinct speed in terms of space and time. From a photon's "point of view" space and time are indiscernible. Its existence isn't measurable in either quantity.

As such, light can exist without space or time. So far as the light is concerned it still does.
