I'm mathematically retarded. I'm in an online program for my math class, and I'm stuck on what should be a fairly simple problem.

How do I simplify the expression (15jy^4)/(-11j^6y^6)?

Everything I input into the program is just fine up until it's time to convert negative exponents. Help please?

if it is what it looks like then only the j can be factored out...throw it into wolfram alpha and see what comes out...are the j's representing sqrt(-1) or not?
