You can derive the formulas from the shapes.

There is a lot of shit in there OP, you don't need to remember most of it, just the shapes and the formulas for the circle, sphere and volume of a cone/prism(everything else is easy to derive from this).

For study tips in general google 'cal newport', read the about page before, this guy knows how to do it.
