hey /b/,

what are some things you do to help yourself study/concentrate?

what about memorization? are there any scientifically proven ways to memorize faster?

What helps me study is concentrating on the fact that I'm going to fail tomorrow's test because I haven't studied all semester.

Oh also: I don't have a test tomorrow.

This has been a concern of mine in setting up a system: what should be memorized? Much knowledge will be obsolete as you learn more. People names, constants? Historical events? It does's seem applicable to sciences and I haven't seen a suitable system for memorizing language. Speeches, oratory, is proably the most pertinent thing such as it was used in antiquity.
