Meditate.

Vipassana. Aka (observe your anxiety/emotions/feelings from a distance) learn to realize those anxiety is not you and should not control your rational mental self. tl;dr Control your thoughts

Zazen. Sit and observe your environment without fixing on any one particular.

Metta. Love yourself, love your family/friends, love someone you have no bias against, love someone who you hate/dislike. By love I meant think about good things you wish to do to them.

Nothing mystical or mumbo jumbo about any of them, its just simple observation/zero-ing on right thoughts/concentration.
