/sci/, what is the science behind using pee showers to increase my brain power? Is it legit?

I ask, because I've made a regular ritual of anointing my skull with 2-3 day old high quality self urine. it smells like maple syrup and has a rich deep golden hue that glows in the sunlight. stand in the sun for as long as you can before overheating then have some shade then more sun after this practice. doing full body urine rub is highly recommended. urine on the hair and scalp prevents baldness and gives hair a healthy strong quality. i also wonder whether the phosphorus in the urine will soak into the brain. i should hope so and suspect it does through subtle veins throughout the skull which travel to the brain. the phosphorus will cross the blood brain barrier and reach the brain. this along with celibacy, not wasting semen. and eating raw eggs.
