protip: this is fundamental stuff that hasn't changed in years. any of two dozen other texts will supply the same info.
search university sites w/in the US and you'll likely find ample lecture notes covering the exact same material.

if you're looking for access to the specific end of chapter exercises (ie something for which the actual text might be required), go to your nearest university (physics/engineering) library and pull it off the shelf.
[it might be on 'course reserve' status; you might then have to ask for it at the circulation desk]

TL;DR you don't need that exact book unless you are cheating or cheap as hell
