What would be the best, a master in chemistry with a complementary master in nanotechnologies or a PhD in chemistry ?

(I can't specify the exact field of chemistry, I just begin my second year of bachelor, it is just for my information)

The best thing to do before grad school is to find a prof who is offering an undergrad research position in anything and start getting experience. Then start learning about where the field is going and you should be able to figure out what to do for grad school from there.
