hi /sci/

(sorry if my english occasionally sucks)

when i was 19 i started a course in mathematics but i left after 2 years because of monetary problems in my family

now i'm 26, worked for years, i have bucks, i'm going to start back university, but i won't continue the previous degree, i want to start a brand new experience.

i like scientific courses rather than humanistic. i like biology, chemistry, physics, statistics and similar. i don't really like engineering, i like a lot the study of human body in particular of brain but i can't be a doctor because i have poor manual skills and i have a bad character which means i suck in talking with people (especially if stupid).

need some tips and advice about which course to take

>> No.5122320

Well, biophysics, bioengineering or biochemistry might be good choices.

Also, congratulations on your decision, it's always nice to see a grown man being able to get back to the classroom bench, so to speak.

thanks, i never stopped studying and learning in my own. my desire is to work as a scientist and i hope this will be my future.

Many famous mathematicians appreciated music.
Moreover, playing an instrument improve your abilities to think and deduce.

OP are you me?

>> No.5125726

Finishing an advanced degree in Mathematics, now. I agree with the complaints about philosophy and music. Both are pretty darned important, in my book...the problem is too many stupid people think they are capable of either.

And MEDICINE in God Tier? Hardly. It's a technical field full of mostly memorization.

OP Fail.
