Simple, do a racemic synthesis and separate all the enantiomers on a chiral column.

I'd start with that cyclotetetrane in the center as the base, then put four tails off it with the first being the tail with a cyclotetrane, then go counter clockwise to the one with the COOH and then the other two tails.

That's how I'd name it.
