What food does /sci/ eat that doesn't require preparation, fits in a backpack, and doesn't suck?

The citrus compliments the bananas.

any canned food is perfectly passable
dried meats, dried fruits, and varied nuts and cheeses...
powdered milk and cereal require only a bit of cool water to be ready
dehydrated foods need some sort of hot water...most hot water taps are plenty hot enough
a jar of jam, peanut butter, and some sort of bread rest easy in any spacious backpacks as well

the easiest is to raid nearby refrigerators like a Khan and flee with the spoils

If you are losing a pound a day, then it's basically all water weight. You can't physically lose this fat/muscle mass this quickly without getting lipo or severing a limb. This is probably a good thing, because it means you're eating less in the way of salty foods.

I always cooked up a big pot of chili at the start of each month and froze it in 20 individual containers. Bring a couple slices of buttered bread, a piece of fruit, and some chopped veggies. Find a microwave, and bam, you're good to go.

maybe OP is 5' 5" and weighs about 400 lbs. he could certainly lose a pound a day for a while.

Why do you have so many different vodkas?
There is practically no difference, except for the ones with added flavour which you can add yourself anyway.
Russia laughs at you.

Then mix your science with your food.
Break open that microwave and make a portable one that you can carry on your wrist to rapidly cook food on the go.

Also make millions.

I had brought a packed lunch with me one day but some of my classmates decided to go to the snack bar for some hot food instead. I went to the cashier and asked her how much, she mumbled something and said $10. I reached into my pocket and when I pulled out my cash some spaghetti fell out, I tried to catch it but I accidentally threw it over my hot girl friend and that caused the rest of the spaghetti to fall. I burst into treats and ran out crying only to slip on some meatballs that rolled in the way.

You can get rice and beans for well under a dollar a pound. Cook that shit up on Sunday and refrigerate it; microwave your portions for the rest of the week. Do the same thing with frozen chicken, which you can get at $2/pound.

Supplement with your usual vitamins and eating-out-with-friends to maintain variety and get a complete nutritional intake.

Vitamin supplements are bullshit unless you are having some actual medical issues.
Besides, they put vitamins in fucking everything now anyways so buying pills is more likely to damage your health than anything.

"Looking at all the evidence, the potential health benefits of taking a standard daily multivitamin seem to outweigh the potential risks for most people."

"A daily multivitamin is a good nutrition insurance policy. Some extra vitamin D may add an extra health boost."

>Read enough nutrition news, and you’ll see that not all scientists agree on multivitamins. Some say that there’s not enough proof that multivitamins boost health, so they don’t recommend them. It’s a short-sighted point of view. Other scientists point to studies that seem to show a link between multivitamin use and increased risk of death. But those studies are flawed.

Wow... That is some shitty writing.
They provide no explanations for why they believe it is a short sighted point of view and right after they say that all the opposing studies are flawed.
Neither times they provide an explanation or proof of any kind.

You should not be losing weight that quickly.

Losing weight the accurate way requires a lot of testing and self experimentation on your part to discover one source of information. That information being, the actual number of calories you need to eat to maintain the weight you are at.

Most people do not come close to calculating this number right, and either eat too little or too much when they try to start losing weight.
