All deletions are logged and reviewed.
If they have abused their powers, then moderators and administrators will terminate their position.

They will be watched extremely closely, especially during their first few days/weeks of being janitors.

Let's clarify some stuff here: philosophy is not science. Science however is a form of philosophy, it follows a certain epistemological framework.

With that being said, epistemology should definitely be discussed at /sci/ - things like scientific methodology etc. But ethics and most metaphysics certainly does not belong at /sci/ (with exceptions such as how Leibniz metaphysics is relevant to quantum physics for instance).
