nearly everything is organized in the structure of fractals. Mostly patterns are not obvious to see but sometimes they are recognizable:

It doesn't have to be, but if it isnt infinite than there is a separate function defining it outside a 'fractal universe' therefore the logic the universe is a infinite fractal doesn't follow, unless you can prove a cat is a fractal.

If romanesco broccoli were to be self-similar at all scales, like a true fractal, the cells would have to be infinitely small, and the thing could never exist as it does.
