Scientific theory A claims to be applicable to the set of physical phenomena B, a contradiction has never been observed, and the theory has made testable predictions on B.

That is science in a nutshell...
Now let me clarify a few things

Does this justify believing that theory A is true? NO!
Does it justify believing that it is false? NO!
Does it mean the theory is correct? NO!

When Einstein made his "claims", they weren't automatically science (scientific theory). That is what peer-review is for. Anyone can have a hypothesis, but it takes a lot of supporting evidence for a hypothesis to actually become a scientific theory. It wasn't until the vast amount of evidence for his shit came in, that his work was accepted as scientific theory.

Any scientific theory has a shit-ton of supporting evidence.
When you talk about "science" what you mean is scientific theory. And all "scientific theories" have a shit-ton of supporting evidence, and no contrary evidence. They are as close to "facts" as human beings can get.

So why the fuck would I not accept science? Global warming, evolution, the big bang, etc, are all scientific theories. Meaning that have a shit ton of supporting evidence, and no evidence to dispute them.

Despite the constant explanations I've heard about why it can't exist, I still take issue with the concept of there being no one absolute time. Yes, I get the relativistic relations between reference frames...but can you seriously tell me that, at least assuming that the big bang theory is correct, that there isn't one gigantic inertial frame in which the origin point of the universe remains at rest, and that the time of every event that has occurred and ever will occur can't be described in terms of proper time for that reference frame?

That fact that there are similarities on the DNA code doesnt mean one evolve from the other. Organisms have very similar modules to keep themselves alive, that's the only thing DNA proves. This doesnt prove bacteria "evolved" into humans.

There are many buildings that are similar. Does this prove they evolve from a single one? No, this just means that using steel and bricks is a good solution to keep buildings up.

The rest is just more bullshit that could be explained with the same principle of similarity. BTW i never said there are not environmental pressures to stay alive.

The reason people 'buy into' science is because they can see and learn the demonstrated truth in many cases; once you know science is required to prove itself, your willingness to believe in new ideas (especially when they fit the progress of older ideas) is justified.

Blief in the Bible or the stories in the Bible is completely different; it is faith, asserted by someone else over you, and without reason.
Your reason for believing in Biblical content (especially considering it is mostly about a completely different topic) is rooted in feeling, hope, and the lessons of behavior and indoctrination.

You can have complete belief in both sources, but where there is any conflict (the classic is the claim of how old is the universe) you are supposed to use your own reason to resolve the issues -- not jump mindlessly onto one or the other bandwagon.

I'm just saying that despite the methods being different (or lack of methods in the case of religion), the conclusion, the thing that we think we know, can fit the word "belief" for both cases, hence there is no reason to get desperate about it.

I think that it is exactly because we can't jump mindlessly onto anything that we have to remind ourselves that our knowledge is still in the game of trusting things. Science is supposed to be crystal clear, falsifiable, objective, etc. But that doesn't mean it is always like that and there is always that little doubt that opens the way to the progress of science. Specially when we are talking about ideas which are still being openly debated and may even split the scientific community.
