I swore I'd never have to ask help on here.
But please, can someone explain?
I'm doing my science degree and math was never my strongpoint in school, our teacher wasn't a good communicator. So I really am trying to work everything out myself, and have been doing quite well so far. Here's the problem

Simplify by using distributive property.
-7(8m - 7n + 6p)
