is it ok to go to the gym on 4 hours of sleep? will it be a waste, and am i better off just going the next day? how negatively will this effect me? i slept about 4 hours or so and lied in bed for 1.

i asked /fit/, but im hoping you guys can give me a reason to support your answer, so it's more credible.

In the end its up to you, the normal human needs about 6-8 hours of sleep a day & restricting your body | brain of those hours will cause the following:

>weight gain

>weakness

>confusion

ITT: If you are lifting weights you will not get the same amount of expected outcome as if you had that 6-8 hours of sleep. I know cause I done that mistake before.
