I got really depressed for a couple of years in my mid 20's. After a few years I ended up numb inside, I still feel sad all the time but it doesn't really bother me anymore. So rest assured that apathy will come to your rescue even if nothing else will.

it works, since the rest of the time, im happy and exercise.

Run/exercise until exhaustion, video games, watch baseball, drink.
