there is no proof that such games will improve your overall memory. Remembering different things requires and uses different parts of brain so if you learn languages you will improve at it and learn much faster but it wont help you with numbers. So dont waste your time on this and try to learn and remember something useful or interesting. This is just kind of procrastination, you are doing nothing but you feel like you do.
