Coffee is vastly superior

After the first 5 days you will begin to hallucinate

After 3 months you will die

that is about it

Do something you *really* enjoy

I once stayed up all night playing the same track on racing game. I was basically in a trance. Went to school the next day, not tired. Everything went better than expected

I feel like the tiredness is to a large part being mentally exhausted and needing time to calm the brain. If you stay focused and in a state of light, enjoyable concentration, like when you're having one of those converstations, you can stay awake without getting tired

Close your eyes when your standing up (to make sure you dont fall asleep)

Now imagine a horizon of somewhere you recognise

Now imagine a sunrise and birds chirping. Other morning things.

Normally works for me about 3 times then i just fall asleep.

Meth is the only sure-fire way, you will stay up 48 hrs with ease. DO NOT TRY IF YOU HAVE AN ADDICTIVE PERSONALITY, you will find it difficult to stop.

Otherwise black coffee will work for a time but ultimately the desire to sleep will overcome the coffee.

play a game like age of empires or simcity

Try polyphasic sleep, or some light form of it.

Basically there's this theory that you can replace 2 hours of sleep with a well-timed 20 minute nap. So depending on how flexible your schedules is, you can replace sleep with little naps.

when you sleep your body naturally repairs damaged cells. I.E cuts, bruises, scraps, ect. your liver goes into overdrive and filters more blood, and your heart gets more maintenance from all of its constant use. no sleep no natrual maintenance, and thus ends up in death.

>Honey
honey is full of sugar, and has no aspirtain inside of it. the only issue is with sugar crashes, to much you crash, to little has no effect. I usually mix it with my coffee and have a cup every 2 or 3 hours to keep from a crash. pretty simple and safe solution. (coffee is optional you can also mix it with milk, but wont have the coffee kick)
