Would it be correct to learn Discrete mathematics before I learn statistics?

I already know the basics of statistics, Z, T, two T, ANOVA. But, I realized that Discrete mathematics has set theory and other mathematical formula that would help. but, I'm not ENTIRELY sure what is in it.

ether way, As I originally posted. Does it matter what I learn first?
