Stephen Jay Gould, a renown scientists (R.I.P.) asserted in his book The Mismeasurement of Man that 19th century scientist Samuel George Morton:

1. Physically mismeasured skulls so that their cranial volumes would match his expectations about racial differences in cranial volume
2. Statistically manipulated population means by taking averages of individual skulls rather than averages of population averages, hence biasing his "Indian" means to be lower

Jason Lewis et al. pretty much demolish both claims. By remeasuring almost half the original skulls studied by Morton, they show that Morton did not inflate "Caucasian" cranial volumes at the expense of non-"Caucasians". Indeed, most of his measurements deviated only a little from those done today, and, in the few cases where large discrepancies were discovered, they were in the opposite direction of Morton's perceived bias.

Some African tribes did actually built fairly civilized kingdoms.
Colonization did somewhat weaken those kingdoms and thus slow down the spreading of civilization across Africa, most colonies were exploitation colonies, so it didn't really participate to the development of civilization, unlike for the South African Republic.

And the only reasons non-scientists want to establish this, is to be able to justify unequal treatments between Black and Whites. The only thing is that the interpretation is wrong. There are genetic differences between races, and black people are the furthest from us. It just doesn't mean they are not homo sapiens and does even less mean that they are inferior to us.
Actually, science will never be able to say "This race is superior to another" simply because it doesn't mean shit.
You can't just rate races, there are too many parameters. You could even say it is mathematically impossible to do so because multidimensional sets can't be totally ordered. apart from the lexicographic order which makes the first parameter more important than the others.

We always knew that there were genetic differences between ethnic groups. If there weren't any differences we wouldn't look different and there wouldn't be any ethnic groups.

All you've done is posting articles stating that we discovered new genetic differences between ethic groups and then you jump to the conclusion that some groups are inferior to others, without even defining what inferior means.
All this only shows that black people have a slightly smaller skull and a lower IQ, it doesn't make them "inferior". Moreover it is known that the size of the brain is not as important the number of connection between the neurons in the brain.

I don't see how the shape of the skull can make someone "inferior" to someone else.
As for IQ, it only measure a few aspects of intelligence and saying that someone is inferior because they got more answers wrong than you is retarded.
You can say that you are smarter than most black people if you want, but I'm smarter than you and it doesn't give me more rights.
It is even true that there are difference in intelligence between males and females, so you can have all the fun you want on internet forums now, happy ?

But if you want to ask to science if an ethnic group (a race if you like the word) can be qualified of inferior to another, then you either have to:
