the notion that black holes "suck everything in" is overstated.

If the sun became a black hole right now, nothing at all would happen to the Earth's orbit and it would not be sucked in.

We can make a black hole as small as we want. All we gotta do is lure everyone into some section of the arena, get our guys outside of that region and BAM we put enough JUST the right amount of concentrated energy in their center and they all get compressed into an infinitesimal singularity

If the sun were replaced right now by a black hole of equal mass, we would just keep orbiting it like normal. You need to be close enough to be sucked in. It's a good way to deal with immortal opponents, but it doesn't destroy fucking everything like a bubble of true vacuum would. Could be used as a planet killer, though. You'd want a black hole small enough that you could conceivably move it around, but not so small that Hawking radiation would turn it immediately into a bomb.

Carl Sagan because he is the posterboy of /sci/, would disprove God.
The Singularity because FUCKING INTELLIGENCE.
The Black Hole for mutually assured destruction.

A self-improving AI would be an extremely powerful team member. Even if you don't discover powerful new technology, you have the capability of doing really nasty things like threatening to torture simulated copies of opponents.

Plus Sagan flying around in an IRL version of the Spaceship of the Imagination with the AI in the computer and the black hole providing energy and thrust (via matter-to-Hawking radiation conversion) makes for a very compelling team.

Von Neumann nanomachines (aka "grey goo". These, possessing group AI, spread across the universe exponentially as long as there is energy available. All our opponents do not increase in strength over time, which means their reduction of the nanobots' numbers is linear and will go to zero relative to the overall population. Being post-singularity, they can also improve themselves and easily contain all human beings currently alive).

Dark energy harvesters (energy is not conserved at scales of megaparsecs, since vacuum energy appears out of the blue. An extremely long machine, with both ends tied to two different gravity wells, could harvest that energy for free and eternally. Therefore the society of nanobots would be eternal as well as as large as the universe/multiverse).

Quantum-gravity-spacetime-fluctuations-to-macroscopic-general-relativistic wormhle generator (Gives us the capacity to go to any 3+1 spacetime event - to travel to different universes, across time and space and possibly even to different laws of physics).

With these things we would be lords of all space and time in all universes in existence for a eternity. Eventually and inevitably, everything that exists will have been converted into nanomachines which simulate billions of universes inside them, of which we are the gods if we choose to exist as individuals at all. And in that world we have created, it would take the tiniest minute speck of boredom to destroy all opponents listed here, or to create them for real in this simulated world. All of this would happen retroactively instantaneously at all points in existence, so nothing which exists can stop it. Therefore we win.
