Surely, all he concludes is that his mind exists.
The train of thought presides within the mind and only so, yet the mind is an emergent phenomena. Its apparent existence necessitates a framework upon which it can operate.
This brain, if you will, must exist in some form, but what form does it veritably take?

Look up monistic idealism. It's logically tenable, which is the only criterion for any system based on induction. That doesn't mean it's "true", but it prevents babby philosophers like you from jumping to conclusions.

I'm not even sticking around to argue this. Most people can't even entertain such a system in their minds coherently because they are incapable of thinking outside of monistic or dualistic physicalism.
