Alright this is absolutely interesting to me. This guy has been put in ADX Florence (the magnum opus of supermax prisons). A place specifically made to isolate the prisoner for as long as humanly possible while keeping them alive.

Being a mathematician, do you think he enjoys an environment like this? He is fed and kept private for 23 hours a day, but is probably kept from lethal utensils such as writing objects. So he would have to do all of the math in his head, but with others like Hawking who do this by necessity... it doesn't seem like too much of a deal.
