Any recommendations on good astrophysics documentaries/tv series?

There aren't any. If you like half truths spoon fed to you in a fine paste watch a documentary otherwise read a book and learn something.

Almost every documentary I've seen while interesting has very little educational value. They are an important part of outreach but if you're already interested then you should try something with a little more meat.
Generally they suck at teaching concepts in an effort to make it shiny and uncomplicated. They can often tell you things which are misleading.
You want astrophysics you need some physics in there not just cool animations and hand-wavy analogies.

Watch the series cosmos by Carl sagan, that is as far ad pop science will take you. Then get a book.
