Guys help me out I'm having a real dumbfuck moment here I need to find the correct units for "a" the calculation is a = the square route of b divided by c where b is kg m^–1 s^–2 and c is kg m^–3 so what are the units for a and why???

picture unrelated

>> No.4574765

just to clarify the square route is of both b and c once its been divided

>> No.4574772

HOLY SHIT JUST DO THE MATH

DIVIDE B BY C, INCLUDING UNITS, AND THEN TAKE A SQUARE ROOT

TREAT THE UNITS LIKE VARIABLES

>> No.4574791

irrespective of the actual numbers kg cancels out and we would be left with m s as the units for "a" .... as I said my brain is fucked at the moment

>> No.4574820

It's really not that hard.
